I'm a cybersecurity and IT student based in Melbourne with a strong foundation in customer service and communication, built up through study and hands-on volunteer work. I'm proficient across the Microsoft 365 suite, comfortable administering both Windows and Linux systems, and I'm steadily building my networking and security fundamentals — including this website, which I set up and host myself on an Ubuntu server. I'm eager to bring that same hands-on approach to a real-world IT role, and I keep looking for ways to learn and improve.
